Jeff launched High Ho Gems and Crystals back in 2014 after escaping 22 long years in the corporate grind of technology sales. What started as a simple rock shop became his sweet spot—a place to be himself, free from the rat race, surrounded by crystals and community.

He never could have guessed what would unfold. Along the way, Reiki snuck in, weaving seamlessly with the crystals. Once Jeff reached Reiki Master level, he began teaching almost immediately, and the combination of crystals, Reiki, and his teaching transformed the shop into a true healing center.

Now, in mid-2025, High Ho Gems and Crystals is moving into a larger space, expanding into sound and vibration work, Qi Gong, meditation, sound baths, and more. The journey continues to grow—but that’s a story for another book.
