With this being said please understand we cannot accept everyone. So many vendors sell the same type of products. This will not be allowed as we want everything to be successful. If we stack too many like vendors you’ll be competing against each other.

The current plan is to hold the market on Wednesdays opposite of the Mokena Food Truck Festival schedule.

We are planning ONE Wednesday market per month rather than two. Opposite Wednesdays as the local Mokena Food Truck fest.

Policy Agreement:
By submitting this application, I understand that this does not guarantee a spot in any of the markets. Vendors will be picked fairly by determining the offerings that you be brought for the public.
I agree and will prove that I carry vendors insurance or I asking to be added to the High Ho Gems liability policy and I agree that once approved as a vendor my fee will included my prorated portion of the liability insurance. This only covers you against liability in the case done gets hurt at your booth. This does not cover your inventory from theft or breakage.
As a vendor you are responsible for collecting sales tax if applicable as well as submitting this to the state of Illinois. High Ho Gems, Inc. holds no accountability or liability for you revenue generated by your business through bringing sales or the taxes owed to the state or Federal Government either sales or income taxes.
