Returns & Exchanges (Physical Products)
We accept returns or exchanges on eligible physical merchandise within 30 days of purchase, provided the item meets the conditions outlined below. Proof of purchase is required.
Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with any original packaging when applicable.
Raw Crystals & Specimens
Due to the delicate and natural nature of raw minerals:
- No monetary refunds are offered on raw specimens
- Exchanges are allowed within 30 days
- Items must be returned in original condition
Polished Crystals & Minerals
- Eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days
- Must be returned in the same condition as purchased
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original form of payment.
Jewelry
For hygiene and wear considerations:
- All jewelry sales are final
- No refunds or exchanges are available on jewelry items
Herbs, Essential Oils & Consumables
Due to health and safety standards:
- All sales are final
- No refunds or exchanges on herbs, essential oils, incense, or similar consumable items
Services, Classes & Appointments
All services and classes are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Reiki sessions

- Classes, workshops, and certifications
Missed Classes
If you are unable to attend a class you have already paid for:
- You may attend the same class when it is offered again within 3 months, if available
- If the class is not offered again within that timeframe, you may apply the credit toward another class of equal or lesser value
No cash refunds are issued for missed services or classes.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
