High Ho Gems and Crystals refund policies.
Any product that is purchased from the storefront at 19622 Wolf Road, Mokena, IL 60448 or is shipped to you as the consumer you are allowed a 7 day refund policy with the following limitations
Raw specimens, being on the very fragile side we do not allow any monetary refunds. We will allow for exchanges only on raw minerals within 7 days if the specimen comes back in the same condition it was sold as.
Polished minerals can be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days with products being in the same condition as when it left the store,
Any herbs, essential oils, services or any classes are not available for refunds. If you miss a class that you have paid for you will be allowed to take the class over the next quarter or 3 months when it is offered again. If the class paid for and is not offered again then the customer has the right to pick another class of equal or lesser value as a replacement
