My name is Jeffrey Mankin. I’m a Reiki Master Teacher, a small business owner, and like many of you, I’ve experienced deep loss, major life changes, and moments where everything seemed to spin out of control. Ten years ago, after a career change in my 40s, the passing of my parents, and the endings of important relationships, I found myself lost. I had no direction—and the harder I tried to control life, the more chaotic it became.

Through a chance encounter while trying to start a small rock-selling business, I was introduced to the idea that I was a Lightworker—someone who helps others reconnect with their spirituality. Soon after, I discovered Reiki. Learning Reiki changed my life forever. Now, I want to share it with you.

What You Will Learn

In this course, you’ll be introduced to traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho.

You will receive your Level 1 Reiki Attunement, focusing on self-healing and energy sensing. The sacred Reiki symbols will be placed within your aura, naturally channeling healing energy through your hands.

We will also explore:

1. Holistic healing practices
2. Energy healing concepts
3. Guided and group meditations
4. Awakenings and self-discovery
5. Qi Gong and the flow of Life Force Energy (Qi/Chi/Prana)

The 100-Day Challenge

You’ll practice Reiki daily for 100 days.

We’ll meet 1–2 times per month for support, guidance, and to share our challenges and successes.

Together, we’ll work on:

1. Strengthening your energy field
2. Balancing your chakras
3. Healing emotional, mental, spiritual, and even physical pain
4. Raising your personal vibration and connecting with your Higher Self
