Guided meditation with Eve.

She will be leading a guided meditation class. This class is Especially useful for beginners, guided mindfulness meditation takes the guesswork out of the mechanics of practice. This will be a journey that incorporate awareness,visualization deep connection and relaxation within the whole-mind body spirit.
