Using rhythmic, slower breathing techniques such as the Earth Breath and Ether Breath, this session helps you center, ground, and restore your inner balance.

This gentle yet profound practice invites you to surrender to your depth, explore your inner world, and experience profound relaxation and integration. Each session is uniquely crafted to meet the needs of individuals, couples, or groups.
