We will start your healing session with a short Reiki session. During this session Jeff or another qualified practitioner will apply Reiki, test and align your chakras and allow the Reiki energy to flow in your system where it is most needed. Reiki is a very powerful tool that will help to clear your blocked life force energy and allow your chakras to rotate letting your Qi flow helping to allow maximum health benefits.

Our Sound baths implement Gongs and Singing Bowls, sometimes prerecorded music, guitar, ukulele, flute, drums, etc.

Come bathe in the beautiful sound and vibrations as they envelope you in ambient sounds. The process will guide you into a deep meditative state.
