Water Connection Meditation - Thursday

Much like the Earth we are made up of more than 60% water. Indigenous people and tribes have been using water in rituals and for healing for centuries. Water can be a powerful tool for releasing pent up emotions. It can also serve as a symbol for releasing emotional burdens. In this meditation we will explore your mind and navigate the currents of your thoughts and embark on this meditative journey and leave you refreshed renewed and intimately connected to your higher self. We will infuse and charge our own water with intention. To ensure everyone has their own glass, please sign up early.
