For me, Reiki is more than a healing technique—it is sacred work and something I feel deeply honored to share.

Since 2017, I have had the privilege of helping people find greater peace, balance, comfort, and connection within themselves. Every person who comes to me carries a unique story, and I approach each session with genuine care, compassion, and respect. My intention is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can relax, release what you have been carrying, and reconnect with your own natural healing energy.

A Reiki session with me typically lasts between 45 minutes and one hour. No two sessions are exactly alike because each one is guided by your individual needs and the energy present that day. Healing is a journey we take together—you are not simply receiving Reiki but actively participating in your own growth, awareness, and well-being.

During a session, I may incorporate crystals to support and amplify the flow of energy. I may also use sound healing, including singing bowls and other healing instruments, to encourage relaxation, balance the chakras, and help release energetic and emotional tension. By combining Reiki, sound vibrations, ancient crystals, and the grounding energy of nature, I create a deeply personal and holistic healing experience.

My goal is not simply to help you feel better for a moment. I want to support you in gently exploring the deeper patterns, emotions, and energetic imbalances that may be affecting your life. With patience and consistent care, Reiki can support greater calm, clarity, emotional balance, and a renewed sense of connection with yourself.

As a Reiki Master Teacher, I also feel called to share what I have learned with others. My teaching has been shaped by my own experiences and by the wisdom of the respected teachers and mentors who have guided me along the way. My foundation is Usui Reiki Ryoho, and I also work with other healing traditions, including Lemurian Light Reiki and Quantum Reiki.
