Sound Healing
More than instruments — an important part of our spiritual practice, healing work, and sound journeys.
Our Practice
At High Ho Gems, Inc., singing bowls are more than instruments—they are an important part of our spiritual practice, healing work, and sound journeys.
For more than 10 years, we have purchased our traditional metal singing bowls directly from Mandala Handicraft in Nepal. Each bowl carries its own distinctive voice and character, offering rich, grounding tones that are ideal for meditation, relaxation, energy work, and personal spiritual practice.
Since early 2025, we have also proudly carried Crystal Tones® Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. As a Crystal Tones® partner—and one of very few in the Midwest—we offer these extraordinary healing instruments to individuals and professionals seeking to bring the transformative power of sound into their lives and work.
We don't simply sell our bowls—we play them, work with them, and feature them in our sound baths, Reiki sessions, and select educational classes. This firsthand experience allows us to help you listen, compare, and choose the bowl or combination of bowls that feels right for you.
Our singing bowls are available individually or as thoughtfully selected sets. They are wonderful for personal use, yoga and meditation studios, sound practitioners, counselors, psychotherapists, hypnotherapists, wellness centers, and other healing professionals.
Whether you are choosing your first singing bowl or creating a complete sound-healing collection, we invite you to visit High Ho Gems, Inc., experience the bowls in person, and discover the sound that speaks to you.
Two Traditions
We carry two distinct families of singing bowls — each with its own voice, character, and purpose.
Extraordinary healing instruments crafted from pure quartz and precious minerals. As one of very few Crystal Tones® partners in the Midwest, we help individuals and professionals bring the transformative power of sound into their lives and work.
Purchased directly from Mandala Handicraft in Nepal for over a decade. Each bowl carries its own distinctive voice and character — rich, grounding tones ideal for meditation, relaxation, energy work, and personal spiritual practice.
Hear Them for Yourself
Because we play our bowls in sound baths, Reiki sessions, and select classes, we can help you listen, compare, and choose the bowl — or combination of bowls — that feels right for you. There's no substitute for experiencing the sound in person.
