Anastasia Meyers is a visual artist, self-trained chef certified in nutrition and Reiki with a passion for health and wellness.

I believe in a holistic approach to cooking. When we listen to our body's inner wisdom we restore balance and harmony. Developing a healthy relationship with food allows us to nourish ourselves and supports self-acceptance of our perfectly imperfect bodies.
